Who we are
May BNS (Business Network System) is an initiative of MayTech Labs. This notice explains what happens to the information you send us through the founding application form. Contact: info@maybns.com.
What we collect
- Company name, country, industry, website and what you are seeking (RFQ or partnership).
- Your name and corporate e-mail address, plus any free text you add.
- Whether you agreed to be listed in the public directory if approved.
- A one-way hash of your network address, used only to limit abuse of the form. We do not store your raw IP address.
Why we use it
The legal basis is your consent (the checkbox on the form) and our legitimate interest in running the network securely.
- To review your application and reply to you.
- To match your request with partners and suppliers on the network.
- To tell you about relevant services. May BNS and its founding company MayTech Labs review applications, and MayTech Labs also provides software and technology services, so a technology related request may be shown to MayTech Labs and answered by it.
Public directory
A company appears in the public directory only if it is approved and agreed to be listed. The directory shows company name, country, industry and website. You can ask us to remove the listing at any time.
Who sees it
Only the founding team that administers May BNS. We do not sell your information. Other members will not see your application.
How long we keep it
Rejected or unanswered applications are deleted after 12 months. Accepted companies stay as long as they remain on the network.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your information, or withdraw your consent at any time, by writing to info@maybns.com.
Cookies
The public site sets no tracking cookies. One cookie remembers your language choice, and the administrator sign-in area uses one session cookie that is strictly necessary for login.
